With over 100,000 coaching sessions and 50,000+ hours of consulting he is the most experienced real estate coach in the world. Bill’s extensive coaching and training experience includes 15 years with Mike Ferry, 5 years at Keller Williams MAPS coach and Trainer for Everest Realty and 9 years with Tom Ferry. As a speaker he has led over 580 sales seminars to 400,000+ combined attendees.
Bill has been the Director of Growth and headed Mergers and Acquisitions for Directlender.com. He grew this organization from 67 employees (loan officers/support staff) to 2200 in a short three years and grew production to over 1 billion dollars in annual sales volume. He launched a successful team in Salt Lake City and pioneered the multi-state team model called Titan Referral Network (San Francisco, San Diego, Orange County, Los Angeles).
Through all of this and with the help of great mentors he learned the key strategies of driving productivity, scaling profitably, effective operations, transference of skills to sales teams, and building/protection of culture. He prides himself on using his own mistakes and lessons learned to assist agents and leaders collapse their growth curves and maximize results.
