Meet Our Coach, Kelli Salter

Kelli Salter
John Wooden said, “A good coach can change the game, but a great coach will change your life” …and that’s exactly what coaching has done for Kelli Salter. It didn’t take her long after leaving her very successful corporate career to realize she needed a coach as she began a new career in real estate. With the help of a variety of coaches, Kelli quickly rose from being a brand new agent to Rookie of the Year at a large Coldwell Banker, to a top producer on a team, to having her own highly successful team.
With a background in IPO and the corporate renewable energy business world, Kelli Salter is no stranger to start-up culture, corporate culture, or hard work and claims that her superpower is “resilience.” Kelli has earned both her BA and MPA and began her career as an individual agent because she and her husband wanted to be investors. Soon after Kelli realized her love for all things real estate, especially coaching, training, and mentoring agents.
In 2020, she left Coldwell Banker to start her own boutique brokerage, which officially opened on May 1, 2021. Since then, Kelli has hired 7 full-time staff members and supports 30 producing agents. Her business is a niche for newer agents, known for teaching and mentoring them to reach productivity quickly. By building a sustainable model for repeat and referral business through continual client outreach, events, and online reviews, Kelli and her team reached over $89 million in sales (with an average sale price of $225,000) and over $2 million in GCI during her first year of opening Anchor Real Estate. Her company has over 500 five-star reviews online, a fact highlighted by her dominant social media presence, which consistently reaches tens of thousands of views across various platforms. In her personal time, Kelli enjoys traveling, adventuring, and supporting many local charities near to her heart. She is also the wife of a US Marine Veteran and a dedicated mom to her son, Andrew.
