Agent Academy: Stop Wasting Your Time in 2019
I was asked recently by a group of agents what pillars of business they should add on to what they are currently doing.
They specifically were asking, “What was going to be a waste of time?”
However, I don’t care what you are asking about because it is all a waste of time… if you don’t go deep!
If you are going to knock on doors to get a listing, you are wasting your time if you don’t go deep. We need to knock on doors and get an email address to put them on a campaign — then stay consistent with them.
You can not just do the activity and expect the business!
What you really are doing when you do any business activity is identifying leads. Then you are putting them in a system to communicate with them through multiple channels over the course of time.
So, anything you do is going to be a waste of time unless you go deep!
I want you to go back to your office today and put a plan in place. Where are you going to focus? What are you going to build out in your business this quarter? – and make it a rock-solid system that now permanently service your business.
Then you can go out and build another one. Once you have built on enough rock-solid systems in your business, then you will start to see real momentum.
