Isacc Guzman
Isacc was most recently the Head of Agent Growth for the top producing teams in San Diego (The Beer Home Team). In the real estate industry, he has been in many lead roles from building a real estate software sales team, to head recruiter, to being a key growth partner at one of the largest brokerages in the city.
During his time as the assistant team leader at the #1 ranked Keller Williams office in Southern California for 3 years, he recruited over 500 agents to a single office.
In 2019 he joined the Beer Home Team as Head of Agent Growth. From 2019 to 2021 the team grew from 9 agents and $211M in volume to 60 agents and $612M in sold volume in 2021. Isacc was specifically charged with recruiting and managing the sales team and overall sales strategy implementation. In 2021, the team was awarded #1 in the world for Gross Commission Income at EXP Realty.
With a proven track record of attracting talented individuals and leading them to higher levels of production and profit, his vision is to seek out world-class partners to continue growing alongside Brokers and Team Leaders across North America.
