Justin Baker

Justin Baker has 21 years of expertise in real estate with many of those years engaged in recruiting, coaching, and mentoring agents and team leaders. Justin guided the growth of his team to become number one in Arizona and the number six team in the nation with more than 220 agents and six locations. His team also became the first in Arizona to sell more than $1 billion in annual volume and more than 3,500 annual units. Justin's key roles were in developing departments within the business to include regional teams, inside sales, a listings team, and acquisition and disposition arms. Justin assisted in relationships with vendor-partners as well as developing joint ventures to the business including mortgage and title companies.

Brian Danney

As one of the founding members of the Beer Home Team and more than 15 years of diverse experience in real estate, Brian is one of the most established agents in Southern California. In 2021 Brian helped 94 families and sold $110,000,000 in real estate volume, where 33% of those families found their dream homes off market. Brian wants to help you stay accountable for yourself, take control of your calendar, and aid in your consistency and mindset to dominate your time and take charge in your business.

Katharine Loucaidou

Katharine has been teaching, coaching, training and mentoring to thousands of people over the last 26 years. She has learned that what makes you uncomfortable is what makes you grow. In her real estate career she has been a top 1% high producing solo agent, a local community expert in real estate using video marketing and widening her community presence. In just a 6 month period she has helped agents become the Local Neighborhood expert and were recognized in their communities and online. She has a unique set of skills that combines mindset, mastery of communication skills and strategies that will aid in helping you create a million dollar brand.

Rod Moser

Rod, one of the most recognized and respected names in Utah real estate, has been a successful sales agent, team leader, manager and coach throughout his career. He has a passion for helping others capture their dreams and being the best version of themselves. Rod’s clients have been recognized in publications like Realtor Magazine and the Wall Street Journal. Danny Burgess

Sales, scripts, accountability and personal growth are Danny's love language. An avid traveler, endurance athlete, and former vagabond bartender Danny now runs a 16 agent team on pace for 200 million in 2022. He has a love for people and ties all of his business dedication to his big whys- family, helping others and world travel.

Bic DeCaro

Bic is the Team Leader and Founder of a real estate group ranked in the top 1% of agents in Northern Virginia. With 22 years in the business and over half a billion in sales her team grew from $38 million to just under $100 million in 2 years. She enjoys coaching and mentoring agents and has a track record of developing and taking new agents with no sales experience from 0 to over $16 million in their first year in real estate. Bic is regularly featured on Fox5DC and other local news channels. Her team was named Best Agents in Washingtonian Magazine and Bic was recently honored as a Legend by Northern Virginia Real Producers Magazine. She is excited to share her knowledge, systems and accountability methods to help others grow.

Lindsay Stevens

Lindsay, the #1 sales agent in the Hudson Valley from 2017 - 2020 specializes in residential and commercial real estate. Hudson Valley Magazine voted Lindsay’s group "The Best Real Estate Firm in the Hudson Valley" and they were named "The 2021 Face of Hudson Valley Real Estate". She is co-founder of Stevens Realty Group and assisted in their growth from conception to a multi-million dollar real estate company. Her experience ranges from sales, marketing, negotiations, scaling, social media, and agent branding.

Kelli Salter

John Wooden said, “A good coach can change the game, but a great coach will change your life” …and that’s exactly what coaching has done for Kelli Salter. With a background in IPO and the corporate renewable energy business world, Kelli Salter is no stranger to start-up culture, corporate culture, or hard work and claims that her superpower is “resilience.” In 2020, she left Coldwell Banker to start her own boutique brokerage, which officially opened on May 1, 2021. Since then, Kelli has hired 7 full-time staff members and supports 30 producing agents. Her business is a niche for newer agents, known for teaching and mentoring them to reach productivity quickly.

Angie Cole

Just a straight badass. Mom of four, devoted wife, team leader selling nearly 500 homes a year. Time management, leverage, and systems expert. Angie is ruthless with her boundaries and will show you how to lead authentically to who you are.

Isacc Guzman

Former Sales Director of a $612M producing team. Expert at having the hard conversations that we often struggle with around accountability with agents and staff.
