TRAINING is NOT the solution. Required, but NOT the solution.
Note: The guru will tell you it’s TRAINING. Of course they will because they SELL training.

Yep, training is just expected. It’s not going to move productivity up at the level you want it to if you’re committed to true GROWTH!
