The Biggest Mistake I see when budgeting for the year ahead …
1. It doesn’t need to be some complicated science project.
2. Project whatever number you want, JUST do the single most important activity relentlessly and you will get there regardless of market.
3. Recruiting will be your make or BREAK
❌ TRAINING is NOT the solution. Required, but NOT the solution.
Note: The guru will tell you it’s TRAINING. Of course they will because they SELL training.
But wait, so do you Jon?!
Yep, training is just expected. It’s not going to move productivity up at the level you want it to if you’re committed to true GROWTH!
Recruiting is THE Solution.
