No One Is Inspired By Your “To Do” List

A couple leadership tips that can make a dramatic change in the performance of agents you lead and employees.

Unfortunately I find that most leaders are fighting human nature when trying to drive Productivity.

Here are some critical pieces to driving productivity.

1. You must have core principles in the relationship that all parties are aligned to and in agreement.

2. You must have clarity and a standard of production that all parties are aligned to and in agreement in the beginning.

3. The work an agent or employee is doing must be connected to something that will impact their lives.

The result must be declared, committed to and owned by the person you are leading.

It must be theirs not yours.
