Agent Academy: What to Do Before Entering a Real Estate Partnership
Today we will be announcing our Framing Protocol Winner!
Before we announce our winner, I want to share with you the most important thing you should do before starting a partnership!
Are you currently in a partnership? Or are you looking to get into one?
Before you do, the most important thing you need to have in place is the breakup agreement!
The grand majority of partnerships do eventually break up. I have had 2 partnerships in Real Estate over the past 14 years. Both happened in the early years of my Real Estate career and they eventually both fell apart.
Going into a business relationship, you have to have a prenup. This will lay out exactly what will happen should you break up making the transition seamless.
- Things you will want to have in your partnership prenup:
- Who gets the contacts?
- Who keeps the Database?
- How is the money in the bank divided?
- Who owns the Website?
- Who owns the URL?
- And much more
Of course, you are optimistic and want to take over the world, which is why you are getting into the partnership, to begin with.
However, looking at history and others experiences with a partnership you surely know it is very likely that at some point all good things must come to an end.
Make sure you have that prenup in place before you go into the business relationship! This will save you a ton of stress and anxiety!
Now for the winner of my Millionaire Farming Protocol Course… JOSEPH GORDON – The Gordon Real Estate Group in Utah.
Go through every aspect of this course and remember I didn’t get our farm to over 32,000 houses (a couple million dollars in revenue & 80 million dollars in sales) on a yearly basis just from our farm, we didn’t get there overnight.
The course is not just what to do but how and why to do it too!
Joseph, keep me updated along your journey and congratulations!
Take your business to the next level with Dan’s Millionaire Farming Protocol!
