As an agent, you should be doing something to let your target list of customers get to know you more. Do they know how smart you are? Do they know how much you track the market and that you know the numbers?
Now let me ask you this, how much are we doing for our clients?
Sometimes we study the market place. Implementing systems and service that is higher than our competition. But we forget to let the consumer know about it.
